Although it took Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk a little longer to voice his opinion on Twitter suing him for ending its $44 billion takeover deal, the tech billionaire did so in his signature style.

Microblogging platform Twitter announced on Saturday that it plans to sue Tesla CEO Elon Musk over its $44 billion takeover deal after Musk’s legal team said in a US Securities and Exchange (SEC) filing that it was ending the deal because Twitter was in “material breach” of their agreement and made “false and misleading” statements during negotiations.
Musk delayed the deal due to the actual number of spam/fake accounts and bots on the platform and asked for a response from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
