Instructions: Enable “End task” option on the taskbar in Windows 11 Build 25300+ (Dev)

Coming soon to Windows 11 is a new way to end frozen programs. Users can now simply right-click on the application icon on the taskbar and select the End task option. The innovation was discovered by the user PhantomOfEarth in Insider Build 25300, available on the Dev channel.

However, this is a rather controversial feature. It will certainly appeal to advanced users, but can create problems for those who accidentally click on this button and close the application without saving changes. To solve this problem, Microsoft should hide this context menu option by default and only show it if the CTRL or ALT key is held down at the same time.
