Component Updates
- Ability to manage automatic profile switching. Politics GuidedSwitchEnabled Allows Microsoft Edge to prompt the user to switch to the appropriate profile when Microsoft Edge detects that the link is personal or work.
- Client certificate switcher. This feature will allow users to clear the stored certificate and reopen the certificate selection window when visiting a site that requires http certificate authentication. Switching can be done without manually exiting Microsoft Edge.
- More reliable protection in the web space. Browse the web more securely with a redesigned library Microsoft Defender SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge on Windows. Politics NewSmartScreenLibraryEnabled Allows enterprise customers to continue using the legacy version of the library until it is retired in Microsoft Edge 105.
- Banner for search by work topics in the address bar of Microsoft Edge. This banner helps you stay focused on your work by narrowing your search focus to work-only results. To see search results targeted to jobs in your organization, select the banner at the beginning of the search bar. To go to your organization’s work case search results page, select the banner at any point in your search. Use policy AddressBarMicrosoftSearchInBingProviderEnabledto turn this feature on or off.
