Opera Touch on iOS is renamed Opera, it gets a new little UI

One of the most popular web browsers, the Opera Touch iOS browser is also known as Opera by the company. The announcement reveals that the latest version features a user-friendly interface that takes a more sophisticated approach and is better at using one hand side in addition to more efficient speed and privacy.

The big announcement came just before the third web browser app launch event. The company mentioned in the blogpost says there was a huge explosion in downloads in North America and Europe last year. The company’s product manager Jonah Bolin believes that iOS users chose Opera over their default web browser after the release of iOS 14 as they were able to use features such as “Crypto Wallet, Flow, Ad-blocker, block block dialogue blocker and easy protection to use it. against cryptocurrency mines ”.

The newly updated UI has a few color scheme changes. The purple logo on the home screen has been changed to red. There is a change in background animation and it helps in bringing a clean and smooth design to the web browser app. Opera has also promised that the changes will not affect the preferences and performance of users.

Additionally, connecting to a different platform has been made easier. Users can start Opera on their desktop / laptop and click on the “Flow” icon in the sidebar that will display the QR code. Scanning the QR code with a browser on an iOS device will sync links, notes, photos, files and other information to a computer.

The makers of the web browser app have been focusing on the beauty of design since its launch. Opera Touch has won awards such as the Red Dot Design Award 2018, and the iF design award for 2019.
