Oppo currently offers one foldable phone dubbed Oppo Find N

Oppo may be working on two upcoming foldable smartphones

The Oppo Find N, which was the company’s first foldable device, never made it out of China, but if rumors are to be believed, they have other plans for this fall.

According to GSM Arena, Oppo is apparently set to launch not one, but two foldable smartphones in the coming weeks, and both will be sold internationally, unlike the Find N.

They may be called Find N Fold and Find N Flip, as these names were recently trademarked by the EU Intellectual Property Office.

These monikers pretty much reveal Oppo’s game, which seems to be to “mimic” Samsung as much as possible, GSM Arena reported.

What remains to be seen is whether the Find N Fold will retain the much more compact form factor of the Find N or grow in that to match the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. As for the Find N Flip, well – it should compete with the Galaxy Z Flip4.

Oppo devices will reportedly use the same exact chipset as Samsung’s latest and greatest, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

In China, the Find N was very competitively priced, but there are no indications yet whether Oppo will use the same strategy with the upcoming models as it did in the GSM Arena.
