Paytm users can book train tickets at IRCTC now and pay later. Know how to do it

Users of Paytm Payment Gateway (Paytm PG) can now use ‘book now, pay later’ on IRCTC ticket services with the launch of Paytm Postpaid on its site. Paytm Postpaid allows users to book their tickets via IRCTC immediately with a later payment option. The feature will be useful as users will be able to book train tickets without paying immediately.

The company has seen immediate acceptance of its Buy Now, Pay Later offer among its users as it meets their financial needs – from booking tickets to paying bills for services, even purchases, he said.

Users can use this site with a variety of products and services in retail stores and websites.

Paytm Postpaid offers free interest-free credit of up to R60,000 for a period of up to 30 days and users are given one monthly bill to track all their credit card payments.

Users can repay the full amount at the end of the payment cycle or convert their credit into EMI for easy payment.

Paytm Postpaid (BNPL) will now be available to users who want to book train tickets via IRCTC. In partnership with the IRCTC, Paytm PG hopes to provide seamless and secure digital payments to users by booking tickets as soon as possible with a later payment option. ”

Steps to using Paytm Postpaid (BNPL) to book an IRCTC ticket:

1) Go to the IRCTC, complete the details of your trip and select ‘Pay Later’ in the Payments section

2) Click on Paytm Postpaid

3) Sign in using Paytm information, install OTP and you’re done!
