Yesterday, Microsoft released a new Windows 11 Insider Build 25211 to the Dev Channel. It brought with it several new features, including improvements to “Widgets”, a link to “Task Manager” in the context menu of the taskbar, and so on. But this is by no means all the changes.
Insiders have noticed that Windows 11 Build 25211 comes with a new version of the Snipping app, which has the ability to automatically save all screenshots taken. The generated screenshots will be placed in the Pictures -> Screenshots folder, just like when using the WIN + Print Screen keyboard shortcut. The feature is enabled by default, but you can disable it in the app settings if needed.
