The Vivo X80 series will use ZEISS lenses, Teaser said. This will not be the first case for a smartphone maker to use the popular ZEISS lenses on their phones. Earlier, Nokia phones were known to incorporate ZEISS optics into its high-end smartphones.

The Vivo X80 Pro may use a 6.7 inch QHD + AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is expected to use a ZEISS 50MP main lens based on a 48MP ultra-wide lens, 12MP portrait sensor and 8MP periscope lens. The X80 Pro can get a 32MP selfie lens.
The Vivo X80 can use the MediaTek Dimension 9000 SoC integrated with 12GB RAM. It may include the Sony IMX866 main 50MP lens and 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 12MP portrait sensor. The selfie lens may look similar to the X80 Pro. It can use 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charger.
The Vivo X80 is expected to start in the mid-30s while the X80 Pro will start at more than Rs 50k. These calls will be presented via Flipkart as well as a series of retail companies.
