WhatsApp releases Chat Threads from beta testers

WhatsApp works with many features that will enable users to communicate with the company. One of these features is Chat Threads. In the past, reports have talked about such things in the company. Now, the new report provides more details about it.

WABetaInfo, a tipster that tracks Facebook’s development of a messaging platform, says WhatsApp has finally released the Chat Threads feature for some beta testers on Android. This means that not all beta testers can access this feature yet.

If you are in beta testing, you can confirm if this feature is enabled by going to the settings menu on WhatsApp and tapping the option to contact us in the help section.

If you have access to this feature, you will see a dialog box where you can type your issue. You can also choose if you want to provide technical information about your phone, such as your phone model and settings, on WhatsApp so that it can solve your questions better.

Once you have sent the message, WhatsApp will start a Chat Thread that will appear in the main menu next to some of your conversations. It will close once your query is resolved.

Notably, tipster says WhatsApp has already released its beta testers. So, if you haven’t got the feature yet, you’ll get it in the coming days.
