Widgets in Windows 11 no longer require a Microsoft account

Microsoft has released an update to Windows Web Experience Pack (version 423.3000.10.0), which is responsible for the operation of the widget panel, for users of stable versions of Windows 11. The new version has the ability to use widgets without authorization in a Microsoft account. Previously, users with a local account did not have access to the panel with widgets at all.

As a reminder, insider builds of Windows 11 are testing the ability to pin widgets from third-party developers. Widgets from the Spotify and Link to Phone apps are currently available to users, but mini-apps from other developers should appear in the future.
