Microsoft announcedthat as of today, Windows 11 2022 Update (version 22H2) is available for more devices. This means that if you manually check for updates in Windows Update, then you will probably be prompted to upgrade to a new version of the system. However, Windows 11 2022 Update may not be available on your PC if it exhibits one of the known issues.
We’re moving into a new round of distribution for Windows 11 version 22H2 and making the update available to anyone who checks for updates on compatible Windows devices. Please note that if we determine that your device may be experiencing issues, such as app incompatibilities, we may temporarily block access to an update and will not offer it until the issue is resolved.
As a reminder, Windows 11 2022 Update is experiencing problems with large file copying speed, printer performance, as well as freezing and frame rate drops in games. Microsoft engineers are investigating the issues.
