Windows 11 22H2 update mistakenly made available for unsupported devices

The day before, Microsoft released Windows 11 version 22H2 (build 22621) to members of the Windows Insider program on the Release Preview channel, which was another important step towards the public release of the new version of the operating system, which is scheduled for this fall.

However, Microsoft engineers made a mistake somewhere, due to which the offer to upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 appeared even on those devices that do not meet the minimum system requirements for the OS. Interestingly, the update process completes without any errors.

The Windows Insider team is already confirmed problem and noted that the system requirements for Windows 11 have not changed. Engineers are studying the situation, so this problem will be fixed in the near future.
