Starting today Windows 11 version 22H2 (build 22621) available to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview channel as an optional update. This means that you can manually check for updates on Windows Update and optionally agree to install a new feature update for Windows 11. Of course, the update will only appear if your device meets the minimum system requirements.
In addition, Windows 11 version 22H2 became available to business customers on the Release Preview channel as part of the Windows Insider for Business program. This will allow organizations to prepare for the upcoming public release of a new version of the operating system.
If the device is configured to receive Insider Builds through Microsoft Intune or Group Policy, then Windows 11 version 22H2 will be offered as an optional update. Also, the new version of the system is available in Windows Server Update Service and Azure Marketplace. As with client versions, the update will only be available if the device meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Note. A device is considered owned by an organization if it is either managed by an IT administrator (for example, through Microsoft Endpoint Manager or another solution) or has a volume license key / corporate ID, or is joined to a domain. Devices running Windows 11 Home cannot be corporate.
