Video conferencing platform Zoom on Wednesday announced the availability of Zoom Events, an all-in-one platform that can create immersive and engaging virtual experiences for Indian users.
The company said Zoom Events combines the reliability and scalability of Zoom webinars, Zoom Meetings and Team Chat in one comprehensive solution for event organizers with the ability to create live events for internal or external audiences of almost any size.
“The preference for virtual and hybrid events is growing as people continue to seek flexibility in how they connect, learn, work and attend events,” said Sameer Raje, CEO and India and SAARC Director at Zoom.
“Event organizers are looking for a comprehensive, intuitive and easily scalable platform to host interactive and engaging events, and Zoom provides the perfect solution,” added Raje.
The platform said more than 7,000 customers have used Zoom Events since launching in 2021, and the platform averages more than 150 events per day.
Zoom also hosted Zoomtopia 2021 at Zoom Events, bringing the latest and greatest in the world of communications to over 30,000 virtual attendees around the world.

Zoom Events enables businesses across industries to seamlessly host virtual and hybrid experiences, including corporate events like all-hands and sales summits and external events like user conferences.
